  3. Yummy! Could you tell me how you baked the carrots? I've never bake them. Boiled and roasted. They look so tender and glistening.

  4. Now I've just got to go scour the garden one more time in search of the fresh remnants!  And I better bring a shovel and get at those carrots and potatoes before the ground freezes for good.
