The angle of the pictures are more than disturbing. I have a degree in Internet Crime, Pedophilia, specifically, have researched and written more on this subject than I care to.
Pictures like these of pantied-bottom little girls with a skirted-camera up shoot are what Pedophiles thrive on.
Even if a Pedophile never acted on an actual kidnapping, the fact that they masturbate to a little girl's butt - photo would be reason enough to use some sense and protect your children - not exploit them with suggestive photos such as these.
