just keeping it real

Just in case you thought I had a delicious and nutritious meal prepared every night…

I have no idea what I’m making for dinner tonight… I went to the store without a list this week and without a meal plan for the week so now I’m stuck up a creek because I’m missing something for just about everything and I think we’re going to have cereal and fruit for dinner.

‘Tis the life

  2. You mean people actually shop with a plan for the meals upcoming?

    Interesting thought ;-)

Cereal and fruit is still pretty healthy though. I won't share what we might have, it might gross you out a bit :-)

  3. Make some pancakes. They're a staple in our house. So easy...

    1 cup flour (any kind)
    1 cup water
2 tsp baking powder (aluminum free)
    2 Tbs oil
2 Tbs sweetener (I use honey)
    vanilla

easy peasy! Then sometimes I add flax seed meal, or a banana, or yogurt, blueberries, anything!!
