all you need is....
ONE bag of frozen mango
ONE can of Organic coconut milk

{we've used 1/2 sugar 1/2 agave nectar before and it was divine!}

Mix it all up
Toss it in your ice cream maker
let it do it's magic
and
ENJOY!

I must share this recipe too...

  1. Brittany-

    I was just checking out the Blog Hop after I posted and happened to click on your blog. I have four little boys too, but no girly twins and none in our future. But, I noticed you have a son named Vance. We just named our newest boy Vance. He is three months old. So, I just HAD to say Hi to you.

    Have a great hop-Brigetta

  3. YUM! Those recipes look amazing! Okay, I just followed your recipe link, and I saw that for one meal you had haystacks. I know very few people outside of the SDA community that know what a haystack is. And, I've never put hummus on mine before. We love cucumbers on ours (a friend who spent time in Australia told us they eat them like that over there...and they use shredded carrots too). I think we eat haystacks at least twice a week, and quite honestly, my husband could eat them (or some version of them) 3 x/day 7 days a week! :-)

  5. Yummy yummy. My summer favorite is to make mango sorbet, and then make a separate back of some type of berry sorbet, and the heave a few spoonfuls of the berry sorbet onto the mango sorbet, and carve pretty shapes with my spoon, swirling the berry sorbet all around.

  11. Oooh yummm!!! These sounds so We all love mango here, and cannot get enough of it. (Maybe we will have to invest in an icecream maker!)

    Have you heard of the new Food, INC. movie coming out this summer? You are farther ahead of me in my education of healthy, organic eating/living, so I was wondering what you thought about it??
