  1. I could NOT have lived without 2 swings. I bought very few "doubles", rather I borrowed from friends and relatives. It was easier than I thought since I already had one. Of course you'll need two carriers and car seats, high chairs. The thing that I would recommend is having a clear idea of what you are going to do in regards to feeding the twins. Are you planning on breastfeeding? If so, I'd get a good double nursing pillow. Also, if your babies end up being preemie (which there is a good chance of) then it is MUCH harder to breastfeed when they have been given bottles in the NICU. I was very successful breastfeeding my 3 older children and do so for more than a year each and so I thought breastfeeding my twins would be easy too. Not so. By the time they came, they wouldn't even TRY to suckle. So, I pumped around the clock for 7 months. In retrospect, I don't know what I was thinking. If I could do it again, I would have pumped for a couple of months only. So, my advice is to start getting breastfeeding resources now, or if that isn't that important to you, think about formula and bottles. I have to tell you, I LOVED being able to have other people help me feed the babies. About clothes........that's a tough one since you don't know what genders they are, right? I'd ask that rather than by outfits they donate to a clothing fund. Seriously, I was given more hideous matching outfits than you can imagine....what would have been most helpful would have been gift cards to buy diapers and formula. Wow that was long......hope it helped.....some.

  6. Great color in Ozzie's room! I laughed about the 50mm - I did that yesterday, trying to take a picture of Eliza in her crib. So silly :)

  7. awe I love all the primary colors. very cute! i have been using my 50mm the past few days.. just because the tamron is so heavy and big :-) its easier to use the 50mm around the house w/ the kids. Less worry about bumping it HAHA.

but Its so annoying trying to get far shots w/ it!

  10. What a cute room! Does Ozzie have his own room? Which boys share? Next time I'm at your house, I'm taking a tour. : ) I LOVE older houses, and from all the pics I've seen, it looks like you have it decorated so cute.
