the only proof I have

to prove that I had a wonderful night out with the girls on Saturday night. I had planned on bringing my camera along... but yeah... in all the excitement of getting out the door I forgot! So I don't have any pictures of 4 beautiful women out to dinner and the movies... I do have a picture of my movie stub and my AWESOME shoes. See... since I don't normally run around the house or to the grocery store with 2 1/2 in heels on. This was a really special night. We went to eat at Max & Erma's (yuck) and I really couldn't find anything on the menu I wanted to eat so I ordered a side of veggies and a side of fruit. They both came in a dish the size of baby dish. Ridiculous... BUT since I ate so lightly (that really wouldn't have effected my decision) I ordered a piece of Chocolate cake with ice cream. Okay... it was no joke... it was the size of my head! It was HUGE and YES I did eat the entire cake and ice cream. I did have to sneak it into the movie theater in my purse because I didn't have time to eat it at the restaurant. I did feel a little odd having ice cream and cake in my purse. But hey! That didn't stop me.

Thanks girls for a great night out...... and even bigger thanks to my wonderful hubby who took care of the kids while I was gone and had them all asleep when I got home. It was great!

  9. Hah! Another similarity...having not seen your post, I JUST posted about my Saturday night out, too!

I, however, did NOT have such stunning shoes on and my husband, as he's not lactating, was not able to have all my kids asleep when I got home!

    Looked like fun!

  15. FANTASTIC shoes! Are they shoes or boots? They have a boot look. Yum! And speaking of yum -- the image of cake and ice cream in your purse is hilarious. I love it.

  16. Man am I jealous of the girls night out. Sounds a lot more fun than being in the ER. I too wondered if they were boots. Did you like the movie?

  17. I don't know if any of you who asked questions will check back here for the answer... but...

The shoes are slip-ons. The heel is open. Which is perfect for me because I love to take my shoes off everywhere. :)

And the movie was great... it was really cute. But I haven't been out to the movies in uhhhh.... a year or so I would have probably liked anything. ha!
