It's a rainy day... Dad and Grayson had to do some work today... so what did we do? We made cookies... well Gavin and Vance actually made the cookies. I just directed and took pictures.
YUMMY white chocolate chip pumpkin cookies!
2 1/2 C flour
1 t. fine sea salt
1 t. baking soda
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. nutmeg
1/2 t. ground clove
pinch of ground ginger
1 stick of butter *at room temp*
1 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. raw sugar
1 egg *at room temp*
15 oz. of pure pumpkin
1 t. vanilla
2 C. white chocolate chips
1. Sift together the flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove & ginger
