Oh my! Daddy is in LOVE! His new favorite color is pink and his new favorite girls are Eliza & Nolia! Wheeewww... good thing I'm a woman now. {grin} I adore watching the love of my life swooning over our new baby girls. It's the most beautiful site. God is SO great!
Ohhhh I love those picture and Papa and his little girl how much more precious could it get!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the baby girls! After boys, I'm sure you were excited to see some pink in your life again :)
ReplyDeleteCute pics!
dad's and their daughters... i adore my father...
ReplyDeleteOh, those are precious pictures of a daddy with his girls. I hope you are feeling better each day. I am continuing to pray for you. Have you read about this mom in WA state who contracted an infection following her c-section in June? There is always someone who is experiencing a worse situation than we are. I'm so thankful for God's mercies that are new each morning. Her husband's blog is http://sccsdecker.blogspot.com/ and there is a newspaper article here http://www.komonews.com/news/28125714.html

Brittany!!! I'm friends with Brittany Szinzinger (I always spell her name wrong), and have followed your blog kind of.. sort of... inconsistently for awhile. I moved to Chicago last year but still stalk all my friends from Columbus...and their friends and their.. well, you get the picture!
ReplyDeleteSo I'm an ICU nurse also in school now to get my grad degree, living an insanely busy life, a daughter of God, sibling to many amazing people and the aunt to 8 crazy adorable kids and ... I just wanted to let you know that you are amazing. Anyone that can come through what you just did and still be blogging and smiling, ever... well hon, you have no reason to apologize, ever, for the grumpies. Your daughters are beautiful. So are your sons! How blessed those little girls are to have some protective big brothers!! Hang in there, you are beautiful, you are strong, you will cry in that strength..you WILL heal, you WILL hold those two beautiful baby girls... praying for you.
Not only a great daddy to boys but now a great daddy to girls too. I bet they wrap him around their fingers.
ReplyDeleteNolia and Eliza..you two are precious.

That's so sweet :)
ReplyDeleteI can think of no one more deserving of such bliss! Yay for pink (and four blues, too). ;)
ReplyDeleteJust Beautiful! There is definatly something wonderful about daddy's and their little girls :)
ReplyDeleteOh Brittany--they are so adorable and those pictures speak volumes of Daddy's love for his girls! Thanks for sharing....
ReplyDeleteHi Brittany -- sorry, I never go to my own blog b/c I have nothing to report, so I just saw your comment! Your email actually didn't come up on my end. I am more than happy to chat and try to answer any questions you have. My email is hbziemer at hotmail dot com.
ReplyDeleteyes daddys and daughters are simply delicious!

ReplyDeleteDaddy's girls... how incredibly sweet!
ReplyDeleteLovely pictures, Brittany. It's so sweet to see a Daddy with his little girls.
ReplyDeleteI wanna see the boys, too! How are they handling the new babies?
Daddy's sure have a special place in their hearts for their little girls. My hub has smiles reserved for only Ethny, and it melts my heart into oblivion - probably because I didn't have that growing up. God is good, and I am so happy for you guys!
ReplyDelete(Don't get me wrong I OBVIOUSLY LOVE LOVE LOVE having boys too:)
Isn't it funny. I have always wanted a girl, and now that I have one all she wants is her daddy! It is super sweet though, something to be said about Daddy's girl or in your case girls!
ReplyDeleteTo me there is nothing that equates to watching your husband fall in love with his children, it stirs some deep feeling that I cannot quite explian....and how very special that after four lovely boys he gets to have a turn at some girly love....no doubt they already have him right where they want him...wrapped around their little fingers
ReplyDeleteBliss

Awwww... I hope my hubby gets to experience some PINK in the laundry too some day.. :) We're finding out in 10 days!
ReplyDeleteOh my! Looks like Eliza has a lot to say. I love, love, love when babies start cooing and "talking" to daddy at that age! Do you think their personalities are similar or opposite?
ReplyDeleteAwww what a special moment that you've captured there.
