Oh BIG brother Ozzie is in Love... he loves these little baby girls beyond words. Always wondering where they are, what they're doing, studying their faces and holding their hands. He's a super big helper, bring me diapers and wipes when I ask. Throwing their diapers away, bringing their blankets and covering them up. He's been caught peeking over the side of their bed watching them sleep. Oh so adorable!
These girls are going to be some WELL LOVED & protected little girls! {grin}

ReplyDeleteAwwww!!! How sweet are these pictures??!!!!!! :)))) I liked the last one, too, of all four boys!!! :)
ReplyDeleteWow! You have the most adorable family.
ReplyDeleteTake care,
Kimberlie
big brothers are a must!
ReplyDeleteThose girls...hehe....are going to be well watched over as they grow up, imagine the scrutiny their boyfriends will be under form not just their Daddy but all those brothers too...the dynamic of my family is reversed so I think my one daughter will be able to get away with a lot and her multitude of younger brothers may be blissfully unaware!!!!
ReplyDeleteSusan :):)
Look at all his hair!! It must be a long time since I've seen him. It's cute! Brilyn is starting to grow some now too. It's dark. I guess we have blond boys and brazen beauty girls:) I can't wait to see them. I wish you guys could come for cole's bday party. We are doing cowboy this yr with hayride, scavenger hunt, decorating cowboy hats and bandanas and food and cake at the "farm." I know that you are barely moving though so that's out. We will try and come up soon. I have a present for the girls at mom's house. She was supposed to mail it already, but then she was going to bring it and then that changed but it is size 3-6 mo so they should still be able to wear it. How much do they weigh now?
ReplyDeleteLove these pictures! Your family is beautiful! My favorite picture is the one of the four boys walking and holding hands! Gorgeous! I hope you are feeling a little better everyday - my prayers for you continue!
ReplyDeleteThe pictures are wonderful! Ozzie is so cute! I can't wait to see the other boys with the girls! :)
ReplyDeleteOh what wonderful photos! :) He looks so happy. Hope you're feeling well!
ReplyDeleteSweet, sweet photos! This is one of the reasons I would love to have a girl some day... I know my boys would make wonderful big brothers!
ReplyDeleteLove Ozzie's shirt!
ReplyDeleteHow sweet! The GIRLS are so lucky to have such a brother. I just love the second picture, of daddy and Ozzie cuddling up and appear to be talking about Nolia and Eliza.
ReplyDeleteSusan-- My brother is 5 years younger, otherwise it was all girls in my family growing up. But around the time he was 17 or 18, he turned into a "big brother." So if your children are able to live near one another and be in each others lives in their late teens and beyond, girlie might have big brothers after all!
Brittany... HOW are you doing? You are sounding very upbeat, more like yourself. (Or, what I know of you from your blog...I don't know you in real life, but thanks to the connections in cyberspace, you've been in my real-life thoughts and prayers!!!) Are you finally starting to feel better?
Dawn
Awww Brittany, I'm SO glad to see the boys! That's AWESOME that Ozzie is so in love. :) Hoping you'll be at mom's group this week?? I can't wait to meet the girls...and I think you'll have PLENTY of people to gladly help with the girls...like if they need to be held or something. :) Tee-hee.
ReplyDeleteSo adorable! What lucky little girls.
ReplyDeleteQuestion: I know you were planning on Bum Genius diapers for the girls, but my guess is that they don't fit yet? I'm wondering if you know at what weight they tend to start fitting new babies (I'm talking the one-size)? We use them for our 11 month old and are planning on it for the next, who will arrive in January, and just wondering how long we'll be depending on the prefolds...
Little Boys and baby girls are a great combination! It is here too, as Finn is completely enamoured with Pear and Sylvi every second of his day! It's so sweet...Congrats again!
ReplyDeleteWhat you are living right now is totally my dream....to have not only one but two baby sisters! My boys would love to have a girly girl to look after! I know that (Colin, at least, since he tells me, oh, every other DAY that he wants a baby sister....and an elephant, too....but that's a subject for another day) the boys would be such great protectors.
ReplyDeleteYou can just see the love in Ozzie's eyes...almost as sweet as Daddy's love for the girls below! You are one lucky lady (like you don't know that, right? *giggle*)
I LOVE Ozzie's smile! What a sweet heart!!!
ReplyDelete~Elyse~
I love the pictures, what a sweet little brother ;)
ReplyDeleteWow! He looks very grown up in that last picture!
ReplyDeleteAwww...Reminds me of how fascinated our son was by his new baby sister (he's still watching out for her :) ).
ReplyDeleteOzzie looks like he's grown so much, he's really looking like a big boy. Having baby sisters must have matured him. Lol.
How vey sweet! I immediatly noticed how much Ozzie looks like you Brittany!!
ReplyDeleteBest Wishes!
Donna in UpState NY!
Aww - I feel sorry for those girls' boyfriends when they make it to high school!
ReplyDeletei know you've been through this before, but isn't it crazy seeing your baby become the big sibling. ozzie looks like he's going to be a great big brother.
ReplyDeleteHI, I LOOKED FOR YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS TO BE A LIL' MORE PRIVATE, BUT I COULDN'T FIND IT. I WAS JUST GOING TO SAY I JUST CAUGHT UP ON YOUR BLOG, AND WAS SOOOOOO DISCOURAGED TO SEE THAT PEOPLE HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY YOU SHOULDN'T BE SO "NEGATIVE"!!! WHAT?!?!?!? GIRL, SOMETIMES THAT'S JUST HOW LIFE IS!! AND FOR YOU, FOR THAT LAST PART OF THE PREGNANCY, IT WAS NOT FUN!! HAVE THESE PEOPLE NOT EVER READ THE PSALMS?? I'M GLAD YOU'RE HONEST ON YOUR BLOG, AND I JUST WANTED YOU TO KNOW THAT SOMEONE OUT THERE APPRECIATES IT!! :) HOPE YOU HAVE A GOOD WEEK AND ENJOY THOSE BABIES! :)
ReplyDeleteWhat adorable photos! I love your kids names.. they are just beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI have just started reading your blog.. are you all healed from your accident? Recovering from childbirth is hard enough, can't imagine all of your injuries on top of that!!
I can't imagine what it will be like for them to grow up with all those older brothers & a twin sister. I'm jealous, frankly. The best of both worlds.
ReplyDeleteHope you are feeling better every day!
Oh so precious!! What a sweet little man he is.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your new baby girls. All your kids are adorable. Hope your feeling better everyday.
ReplyDeleteHow cool is it that Ozzie is a BIG brother now?!?!
