so you do it with raw chickpeas right? and then eat them raw? I have never even seen raw ckickpeas for sale.Do you grow most of the food you guys eat? Organic peppers are so expensive.....my kids wanted some for snack last night, had to tell them no, only for salads:(
can all sprouted peas be eaten raw? do you know? I've tried only lentils, I know beans are toxic raw, I've sprouted some and cooked them and wasn't happy with a pan full of skins and then naked beans.... I want to stick to raw but I don't know what is safe
Love this, looks so yummy! Makes me want to sprout something right now :-)
ReplyDeleteI've been wanting to try sprouting! I'm going to have to check out the other post! : )

ReplyDeleteWhat can you tell me about cooking the sprouted beans? Does it do away with all the good stuff? Would it make my hummus taste "sprouty"?
