  1. Ugh, yuck. We were looking at this recently. I really need to print it out and take it to the store with me.

Can't always afford organic--let's face it--but at least things like this help us prioritize.

  2. Hey- thanks for posting that- could you send me the link to the site? I'd like to print that and keep it with my grocery list stuff.

  3. Great info! I have seen a similar listing like this, but not as detailed. Scary Stuff - thanks for sharing such important information.

  4. AAhhh, the infamous "Dirty Dozen." And then some more...all the way down to 45, huh? Ugh, this is why it's just best to buy ALL organic! Or grow our own....

  5. Great. My kids were eating peaches all week.

I haven't shared this on my blog yet, but I will soon...I plan to do my own version of a detox starting June 1st. Only fruits and veggies for the first week - maybe two. I need to see if my body is reacting to wheat or dairy, not to mention all the junk food I've been consuming over the past six months. It'll be good to have some accountability by sharing my plan publicly.
The timing of this post is great! I can always count on you. :)

  6. Soemthing really similar was just in the STrib last sunday! I found it very helpful as someone who can only do some "organic/raw" foods. Thanks for sharing a more extensive list!

  10. Thanks for sharing! It's funny the list seems to change every year but strawberries and peaches always seem to be close to the top :)
Do you by any chance know how to find any more foods or is this all they test--my oldest (and myself) have a thing for kale and baby bok choy ;)
