Then I went back for iron supplements later in my pregnancy and had exactly the same problem. It blew my mind. My reason for not wanting soy was because I had heard it's a form of estrogen. I'm pregnant. Why do I need MORE estrogen??? I had to ask my pharmacist for an iron supplement without soy.
